AppCreator24

MCP integration

Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms cover access to and use of the AppCreator24 Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration through a compatible AI assistant. The service is operated by Vinebre Software S.L., tax identification number B55734172, based in 43792 Vinebre (Tarragona), Spain. By using the integration, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of the service

The integration creates an initial configurable Android app and provides download and editing links. It can also replace the section configuration of an app previously created through this service. Supported features and input formats are described in the MCP documentation.

The service does not compile arbitrary Android Studio or other source-code projects, produce iOS apps, retrieve an existing app’s full configuration through MCP, or submit apps to app stores. Further customization is available in the AppCreator24 web editor.

2. Requests made through your AI assistant

Your AI assistant translates your instructions into requests sent to AppCreator24. Review the proposed app structure and external resources before authorizing a creation or update. You are responsible for the requests you authorize and the content and links you provide.

The MCP creation flow does not require an AppCreator24 account. Your AI provider may require its own account, permissions or subscription, and its terms also apply to your use of that provider.

3. Content and permitted use

Only submit content and resource links that you are entitled to use. Your app and its content must comply with applicable law and respect intellectual property, privacy and other rights. Do not use the integration to distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, compromise systems or abuse the service.

Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through app specifications. The integration does not need these details to create an app.

You are responsible for the content made available through your app and for providing any notices, permissions or consents required for its audience and features. External websites, media and feeds remain subject to their owners’ terms and availability.

4. Editing and app-management access

An MCP edit replaces the complete section structure. Sections omitted from an update are removed. Include all sections you intend to retain. If the current structure is not available in your conversation, use the web editor or provide that structure before requesting an update.

Editing through MCP does not change the actual app name or regenerate its icon. Those and other customization options can be managed through the web editor.

The complete app identifier and editing link include a management code. Keep them private and share them only with people you intend to authorize to manage the app. Disconnecting the integration from your assistant does not delete an app or revoke an existing management link.

5. Builds, results and interrupted requests

A returned download link does not establish that the downloadable APK is already available. Build completion and resource availability can vary. Check the actual result before distributing an app.

Creation and editing requests are not idempotent. If a request times out or its outcome is unclear, it may already have taken effect. Check the available result or web editor before repeating it; another creation request can produce a duplicate app.

Review and test your app before sharing or publishing it. AppCreator24 does not guarantee acceptance by an app store or the continued availability of third-party content.

6. AppCreator24 platform and optional services

Apps created through MCP use the AppCreator24 platform. The platform’s general terms also apply to the operation and management of those apps. These MCP terms explain the additional behavior of requests made through an AI assistant.

Generated apps may display advertisements. AppCreator24 offers an optional paid service to remove advertisements. GenerateApp does not process payments; any purchase is a separate action through AppCreator24 and is subject to the conditions presented for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy

The MCP Privacy Policy explains the information received through the integration, how it is used, the results returned to your AI provider and available user controls. Your AI provider processes the conversation and tool results under its own policies.

8. Availability and misuse

Access and performance may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, network conditions or third-party services. AppCreator24 may restrict requests or access to address misuse, security problems or disproportionate use, in accordance with the platform’s general terms and applicable law.

9. Changes and support

The current version of these terms is published on this page with its update date. Review the terms when using the integration. Any changes remain subject to applicable law.
